Dover Tree Preservation Committee Launches Resident Survey

DOVER — The Tree Preservation Committee is asking Dover residents to weigh in on how the town protects its tree canopy, opening a survey that will run through Sept. 11. The push comes as the Housing Task Force separately circulates its own resident survey on housing needs across town.

The Tree Preservation Committee wants resident input to help guide its priorities going forward, according to a notice posted to the town's website. The survey is open now through Sept. 11 and is aimed at Dover homeowners specifically, as the committee looks to shape how the town approaches tree preservation over the long term.

Separately, the town's Housing Task Force is continuing work on its Housing Development Study & Plan and is circulating an anonymous survey of its own. The task force says the responses will help it better understand housing needs, preferences and opportunities across Dover as it builds out its long-term housing roadmap.
