DOVER — Republican businessmen Mike Minogue and Brian Shortsleeve are headed toward a primary matchup as they seek the chance to challenge Gov. Maura Healey next year, a statewide race Dover voters will be watching as the fall election season ramps up, according to a Patch report out this week.

The Department of Public Works continues its town-wide paving projects, according to a notice posted on the town's website, though officials have not detailed which streets are next in the rotation.
