The committee also heard that Eversource has approved a $259,037 post-construction incentive for the Jack Coggs wall building addition, and that a Stantec-funded study found Needham's parking minimums, including a 1.5-space-per-unit multi-family requirement against an ITE standard of 1.14, are more conservative than those of Lexington, Newton, Concord, and Wellesley.
