Select Board Sets July 15 Office Hours With Beth Sullivan Woods
The Select Board is offering residents a chance to speak directly with a board member this week, while the Wellesley Free Library confirmed its Main Library parking lot will be under construction through the summer.

The Select Board announced office hours on July 15, giving residents a chance to sign up for one-on-one time with board member Beth Sullivan Woods between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. via Zoom, according to the town's News Flash feed. The sessions are part of the board's ongoing summer outreach effort to make members more accessible outside of regular meetings.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
The Wellesley Free Library is undergoing construction in its Main Library parking lot from July through September 2026, which may limit available parking for patrons, the library said. The library is also closed on Sundays through September 13 as part of its regular summer schedule.
Library patrons have a busy slate of events ahead this week and next. On July 14, the library will host "AI for Beginners" in the Wakelin Room from 1 to 2:30 p.m., a virtual author talk with bestselling novelist Karin Slaughter from 7 to 8 p.m., and "The Women of '76" with Rita Parisi in the Wakelin Room from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Additional programming includes Tech Time in Jackie's Room on July 16 and ongoing children's storytimes at both the Main Library and Fells Branch throughout the week.
