Westwood Youth Soccer opens registration for its winter futsal league and winter skills sessions.

WESTWOOD -- Westwood Youth Soccer has opened registration for two winter programs as its fall season continues.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Westwood Youth Soccer's Winter Futsal League is open for registration, with play on Sundays for grades 2-9, described by the organization as "a very fun, fast-paced game and one of the best ways to continue building your soccer skills during the snowy winter months." The league is also taking registration for its Winter Skills program, offering two eight-week sessions of "professionally-coached weekly soccer skill sessions" on Saturdays for grades PreK through 2, running November through January and January through March. The organization noted that spots are limited and that the sessions "filled up and closed last winter." Separately, Westwood Youth Soccer said registration for its Fall PreK Soccer Skills program, for children who are age 4 by Nov. 1, 2026, is now full.
