Cohasset Select Board sets October 26 Special Town Meeting and September cell tower forum. Chair David Farrag's board also adopted a revised employee guidebook, eliminating "bonus personal days" in favor of four personal days for all nonunion staff and creating a $615 annual clothing allotment for part-time recycling facility workers, HR Director Megan James told the board. Stephen's Church vestry role. Members also adopted, 4-0 with one abstention, a new Open Space and Recreation Committee charge after member Paul L. Grady Jr. questioned why some town committees meet without a televised or recorded option.
