PLAINVILLE — Conservation Commission issued an order of conditions for 128 Washington Street after the applicant declined a continuance. Peer reviewer John Rockwell told commissioners the plans omitted an existing infiltration basin of more than 6,000 square feet and misdrew the isolated wetland boundary; the applicant's side said it would correct the boundary and tree line. Conditions include a berm, fence and matting around the wetland, a ban on processing asphalt, brick and concrete, and a maintenance plan reviewed before a certificate of compliance.
Residents Lindsay Martucci and Dorothy Chase raised flag and test-pit questions. The commission earlier approved a McDonald's land disturbance permit at 9 Taunton Street, 6-0 with one abstention.
