Dover Parks and Recreation opens fall registration for youth programs.

TOWN -- Dover Parks and Recreation has opened online registration for its fall youth programs, workshops and special events, the department announced on its website. The department also continues to manage rentals of the town's Community Center at 4 Springdale Avenue, which it describes as a hub for recreational, social, educational and civic activities in town.
