Franklin Youth Soccer Association opens fall registration as the summer break continues for local sports.

FRANKLIN -- With Franklin High School out of season and no games reported for the period of July 20-26, the week's lone item of note came from the youth soccer ranks.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Franklin Youth Soccer Association announced that registration for its Fall 2026 season is open. FYSA fields Pee Wee, Instructional, Academy, Recreational and Travel divisions for local youth players. The organization's field-status listing shows its usual home venues -- including Beaver Street, Dacey, the High School Stadium and Front fields, Keller-Sullivan, King Street Memorial Park and Meadowlark Street Field -- open, with Remington listed as closed.
