Medfield Youth Soccer opens fall registration as summer basketball clinics run at the high school.

MEDFIELD -- Local youth sports organizations kept busy this week with clinics, fundraising and registration drives even as Medfield High School had no games on the schedule.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Medfield Youth Soccer (MYS), a member of the Boston Area Youth Soccer League, announced that 2026 fall player registration is now open for residents in grades 1-8. The club also posted a call for fundraising table volunteers at Wheelock fields, published July 23. MYS said it is also looking for board volunteers and referees.

The Medfield Youth Basketball Association's Superstar Basketball Clinic, run by coaches Evan Moon, Chris Vanesian and Shane Jackson, held its grades 5-8 session July 20-23 at Holliston High School. The Triple Threat Summer Clinics, featuring current and past Medfield Varsity Boys Basketball players, has additional sessions scheduled for July 27-29 at the high school's outdoor courts for rising 2nd-8th grade boys. MYBA thanked participants for the season and pointed families to its in-town and travel basketball pages for the year ahead.

Medfield Youth Hockey's 2026-2027 registration remains open to families.
