A fourth application from Onyx Partners — covering signage for a newly acquired Route 128 building that will house Pure Hockey retail on the first floor and Onyx corporate offices above — was continued to July 13 after Dornbusch noted the proposal would require a special permit, and member Felix flagged concerns that the front-lit and back-lit signs could be "pretty Vegas" in brightness; the applicants agreed to return with a lumens analysis.
