Sharon Repaves And Restripes Memorial Beach Parking Lot

SHARON — The town has finished repaving and restriping the main parking lot at Memorial Beach on Lake Massapoag, one of Sharon's most-used recreation spots, the town announced this week.

The Town of Sharon posted an update saying the main parking lot at Memorial Beach "has been paved and lined," a project handled through the town's public works operation. No cost or start date for the work was included in the town's announcement.

Separately, the town's website continues to flag ongoing roadwork on Bay Road, where a detour remains in place through Sept. 11 while crews complete work in that corridor.
