Water lagoon permit bid withdrawn

Planning Board allows water lagoon permit withdrawal. Cohasset's Planning Board let the Water Department withdraw its own permit bid for a third lagoon at the King Street treatment plant after a peer reviewer called the project exempt from town rules, a finding town counsel warned could itself invite an appeal.
