Westwood Youth Soccer opens late registration for Fall 2026 K-8 season as Little League posts summer program details.

WESTWOOD -- Westwood had limited sports news reported for the week of June 15–21, 2026, but two youth leagues have active registration windows that families should note.

YOUTH LEAGUES

Westwood Youth Soccer is accepting late registrations for the Fall 2026 season for players in grades K–8, though the league cautions that space is limited in some programs. The organization is also actively seeking volunteer coaches and notes that soccer knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. A separate PreK Soccer Skills program is open for registration; children must be age 4 by Nov. 1, 2026, to be eligible. The next Westwood Youth Soccer Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. An August preseason session is listed as coming soon on the league's website.

Westwood Little League's website indicates a 2026 Summer Program is available, with a selection process and summer calendar posted. The site continues to list Majors and Minors registration as open for the 2026 season.

The Westwood Basketball Association's In-Town and MetroWest travel programs are off-season; both typically run December through mid-March.
