15 Wall Street addition approved; four reviews continued

Arnold Road still awaited a DPW memo. At Lathrop Road, impervious surface would rise from 19.8 percent to about 38.5 percent of the lot, with 72 underground retention chambers proposed. Member Thomas Taylor said neighbor disputes are "almost always because of water," and the board asked the applicants to capture runoff from the existing house too.
