Planning Board · Meeting of November 3, 2026

DEDHAM — The Planning Board interviewed two late applicants for the East Street Corridor Advisory Committee. Brendan Flynn, of Ardmore Road, a utility project manager with a background in commercial construction, and Michael Palito, of Southgate Street, a financial advisor and Board of Assessors member, each gave a two-minute statement by remote link after missing the prior week's round. No questions were asked, matching the format used for 18 applicants earlier.

The chair said the board will pick six at-large members by roll call vote from about 20 candidates at a later meeting. The board adjourned unanimously.
