Bellingham Soccer Association completes fall 2026 travel tryouts and calls for referee recruits as the holiday week begins.

BELLINGHAM -- The Bellingham Soccer Association wrapped its fall 2026 travel-team tryouts in the days before Independence Day, running grade-specific sessions at the end of June: grades 3/4 on June 23, grades 5/6 on June 24, and grades 7/8 on June 25. Team and player placements are determined by tryout results and coaches' scores.

YOUTH LEAGUES

BSA, which offers programs for players ages 3 through high school, is actively recruiting referees for the coming season. Candidates must be at least 14 years old, though players may complete the grade 9 referee course before reaching that age if they will turn 14 before the season begins.

The association will hold its monthly board meeting on July 7 at the North Community Building — the white building across from Stallbrook Elementary School, formerly Fire Station No. 3 — starting at 7:00 p.m. The first 30 minutes are reserved for public attendees.
