Foxborough Select Board agrees to biweekly Kraft lease negotiations while stadium lawsuit remains active. Board Chair Bill made clear no formal commitment letter was needed: "We've always been willing to do that," he said.

Separately, Town Administrator Paige Gesicki confirmed the town has filed a counterclaim in the pending Superior Court case over $950,000 in public safety reimbursements for the 2026 event license, which she described as covering months of operational planning, training, and interagency coordination now required for 74 annual events — up from roughly 10 games when the lease was signed. The board also unanimously declared two dogs at 14 Fox Lane nuisance animals, approved a new beer-and-wine license for Kong Kian Thai restaurant at 34 Mechanic Street, cleared a covered-patio alteration for Davio's at Patriot Place, approved a $10 million bond for a PFAS treatment plant through the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust, and voted 4-1 to approve a regulatory agreement for the 36-unit Rowan Greens affordable housing development at 119 Moore Street.
