Holbrook Closes FY26 With Select Board, Celebration Events Lined Up

Town Hall offices are closed today for the end of the fiscal year, and Holbrook residents have a packed early-July calendar ahead, with a Select Board meeting and a Holbrook Cultural Council session both scheduled for Wednesday and a community celebration of America's 250th anniversary set for Thursday, July 3.

Town Hall posted a notice in mid-June alerting residents to office closures, which carry through the fiscal-year-end period ending today, June 30. Residents who need in-person services should plan ahead: normal hours — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. — resume with the new fiscal year.

Looking one day out, the Select Board meets Wednesday, July 1, and the Holbrook Cultural Council holds its own session the same evening. Both meetings are listed on the town's public calendar at holbrookma.gov.

On Thursday, July 2, the town has a community event on the calendar billed as "Holbrook Celebrates America's 250th," marking the nation's semiquincentennial ahead of Independence Day on July 4.
