Marblehead Entrepreneur Acquires Braintree-Based ARK Engineering & Technical Services
A Marblehead entrepreneur has acquired Braintree-based ARK Engineering & Technical Services, along with its Florida-based sister company, under a deal announced Monday that combines the two firms under one new owner.

An entrepreneur based in Marblehead has purchased ARK Engineering & Technical Services, the Braintree-headquartered firm, according to a release posted to PRLog.org Monday. The sale also included ARK Field Services, a sister company based in Winter Haven, Florida, bringing both operations under the same new ownership. The release did not disclose the purchase price, the buyer's name, or what changes, if any, are planned for the Braintree operation.
