RANDOLPH — The town has declared Phase 2 outdoor water-use restrictions, according to a notice posted to Randolph's official News Flash alert system Thursday.

TOWN HALL Town Hall issued the Phase 2 declaration through its News Flash public-notification channel, the same system it uses to post department announcements and civic alerts. The notice did not spell out specific watering-day schedules or which properties are affected.
