Zoning Board · Meeting of July 20, 2026
Walpole's Zoning Board of Appeals continued a 28-unit 40B hearing and extended a Moose Hill Road permit. The board voted 4-0 to continue the Case No. 22-11 hearing for 9 and 15 Pinnacle Drive, a Wall Street Development Corp. project, to September 21, with the decision deadline extended to October 31. Chair John Lee said the project is "probably the least controversial" 40B the town has handled.
The board also voted 4-0 to grant a two-year comprehensive permit extension for the 270 Moose Hill Road condominium project after Heidi Correia of Delphic Associates said MassHousing had approved a permit transfer that day. Lee noted denying the extension would likely lead to a successful developer appeal to the state Housing Appeals Committee. The board also approved June 15 meeting minutes, 3-0-1, with Vice Chair Drew Delaney abstaining.
