Foxborough Planning Board approves downtown mixed-use permit and hears years of frustration over stalled Lawson Farms subdivision. Buckley, representing developer Ron Bomby, pledged written permission for police to enforce no-parking rules on the private road during stadium events, with curbing work targeted for August. The board agreed to make Lawson Farms a standing agenda item at each twice-monthly meeting.

Town Manager Paige Duncan, watching the broadcast, texted the acting police chief during the meeting about deploying traffic control ahead of a major concert scheduled for the following Wednesday — the most immediate safety concern residents raised.
