Holbrook Enacts Phase 2 Water Restrictions

DATELINE — HOLBROOK

Holbrook moved into Phase 2 outdoor water restrictions this week, town officials announced, while Town Hall also opened three new job postings in the Assessor's and Council on Aging offices.

TOWN HALL

The Town of Holbrook announced that Phase 2 Water Restrictions are now in effect, according to a July 17 posting on the town's official News Flash feed. The announcement comes about two weeks after the Randolph/Holbrook Joint Water Board announced the startup of the new Tri-Town Water Treatment Plant, a story the town's News Flash also covered earlier this month. Residents can find the full restriction details on the town's CivicAlerts page.

Town Hall is also hiring. The Assessor's Office posted an opening for a Principal Clerk, while the Council on Aging listed openings for a part-time Activities Coordinator and a part-time Alternate Principal Clerk, all posted between July 14 and July 16.

COMING UP

The Board of Library Trustees and the Conservation Commission both meet Monday, July 20. The Tri-Town Board of Water Commissioners meets Tuesday, July 21, alongside a BHR DSC ad-hoc Zoom meeting and a BHR Evaluation Subcommittee meeting the same day.
