WALPOLE — The Planning Board approved amended Lincoln Road gravel conditions 5-0 under a Land Court remand order. Counsel for applicant John Walsh said the order limited changes to those agreed in mediation. The board added a reference to the police chief's Sept. 5, 2025, traffic memo and a gun club memorandum of understanding.
It kept existing language barring on-site crushing, sorting and washing of stone. Resident Kim Williams said "we're going to have 400 trucks a day" on a narrow, historic road. The board also approved the Warwick Road Extension subdivision 5-0 and continued the 2160 Boston Providence Highway AOV Fence hearing to Oct. 1, with the time limit extended through Oct. 31.
