Dover Planning Board Approves Storage Shed in 3-0 Vote, Reschedules June Meeting

DOVER — April 27, 2026 — Dover Planning Board approves shed application in possible final such review before zoning vote. The board voted 3-0 at its April 27 remote meeting to approve a Preliminary Site Plan Review for a 264-square-foot storage shed at 4 Bridle Path Circle, filed by property co-owners Dave Sobol and Cara Fineman; surveyor David Marquedant of J.D. Marquedant and Associates Inc. represented the applicants. Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi noted the structure meets all setbacks and no trees will be removed, adding that the application "may be the last shed the Planning Board needs to look at," pending passage of a zoning article at the May 4 Town Meeting. The board also rescheduled its June 15 meeting to June 29 due to Chair Carol Lisbon's scheduling conflict, with a cancellation possible if no substantive items materialize. A second public Housing Development Study forum is set for Saturday, May 30, at the Caryl Center, led by consulting firm Barrett Planning, with department-level focus groups scheduled for April 28.
